L’ésadhar accueille des étudiant·es du monde entier en échange pour un ou deux semestres

Les étudiant·es accueilli·es dans le cadre d’une convention bilatérale ou d’un accord Erasmus+ sont exonéré·es des frais d’inscription. En fin de mobilité, l’ésadhar remet aux étudiant·es un relevé de notes (exprimé en ECTS), afin qu’ils·elles fassent valider les études auprès de leur établissement d’origine.

Pour faciliter l’intégration, l’ésadhar propose des cours de perfectionnement de langue française qui ont lieu à l’université du Havre ou de Rouen et propose également certains enseignements en anglais.

L’inscription pédagogique est obligatoire est permet d’obtenir la Léocarte qui donne accès à la restauration universitaire et aux services étudiants. La souscription à une assurance de responsabilité civile est obligatoire.

For incoming exchange students

ésadhar has an extensive and diversified network of partner schools (within the ERASMUS+ program and worldwide). International students are welcome to take part in the ésadhar exchange program for one semester or one academic year. They usually enroll in the 2nd year of undergraduate studies, or in the first year of postgraduate studies.

Nomination and application deadlines for exchange students

→ Semester 1 and the whole academic year: 30 April
→ Semester 2: 31 October

Enrolment is compulsory and entitles the holder to a “Léocarte”, which gives access to university catering and student services.

ésadhar awards ECTS (European Credit Transfer System)

One semester is equivalent to 30 ECTS.

Fees

No specific fees for exchange students: only the fees from your home institution.

French courses

It is preferable to arrive with a good level in French (B2 recommended). ésadhar offers advanced French language courses with partner institutions: the University of Le Havre or Rouen. Somme courses are taught in English.

Insurance

All students in France, even those on exchange programs, are required by law to register with the Social Security system. Registration is free but mandatory.
