How to Register – Guidelines

Registration for public courses for the 2025-2026 academic year is now closed!

Registration for public courses is available exclusively online.
Once registration opens, you can fill out the form available on this page, selecting the location where you wish to take the course(s).

Your request will then be processed by our staff.
In the following days, a registration confirmation email, along with an online payment link, will be sent to your email address.

Please note! Your registration is confirmed and your spot reserved once payment has been made.

This year, classes and workshops will take place from October 1, 2025, to May 29, 2026 (Rouen Campus), and from September 29, 2025, to May 29, 2026 (Le Havre Campus).

Assistance

Culture Pass for 15- to 18-Year-Olds

The Culture Pass is a government initiative designed to give young people aged 15 to 18 access to the richest and most diverse cultural offerings.

How do I get the Culture Pass?
I download the Government Culture Pass app on my smartphone and present it to register.

Atout Normandie for ages 15–25

The Atout Normandie program, offered by the Normandy Region under the “Leisure” category, provides over €140 in benefits for:
→ Buying tickets for movies, shows, and concerts
→ Paying for a sports membership or art classes
→ Training in first aid or youth leadership (BAFA/BAFD)
→ Traveling abroad, and much more to discover!

The Pass Jeune 76

The Pass Jeunes 76 is financial assistance provided by the Seine-Maritime Department to promote and expand sports, cultural, and artistic opportunities and participation for young residents of Seine-Maritime aged 6 to 15 whose families receive ARS or AEEH benefits.

How to get it?
I’ll register in September on the Department’s website so my application can be reviewed by the committee in December. More info

Rouen Youth Leisure

Does your child want to participate in a sports or cultural activity? The City of Rouen offers financial assistance of up to €170, subject to availability.
In exchange for the financial assistance, the child commits to regular attendance at their activity, and if they are over 11 years old,
they commit to participating in a civic workshop. More info

How to apply? Sign up online!
Sign up online at rouen.fr/loisirs-jeunes using the pre-registration link.
You will be offered an appointment to finalize your application.
